Shipping Information

We ship from Australia with care and intention, making sure your grip socks arrive swiftly, safely, and ready to flow.

All orders are packed with care and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package on its journey.

Luster & Wave is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, but if your parcel seems delayed, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.

Shipping Rates:

Australia:
Free Shipping on orders over $65 AUD

Standard delivery $11, takes 5–7 business days

Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost

We offer standard and express shipping options via Australia Post, Sendle or DHL.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Please note: customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

International:

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle,  DHL, and FedEx.

Shipping, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any local import fees, duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Australia: 5–7 business days (Standard)

New Zealand: 5–10 business days

International: 

Standard: 10–15 business days (for parcels to places like USA, UK, Canada)
Express : 6–10 business days, with tracking and signatures available

Please note: During peak periods or promotions, shipping times may vary slightly.

 


 

 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new Luster & Wave pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you’re welcome to request an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. If a product is found to be defective, we’ll happily replace it — our socks go through strict quality checks at every stage, but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

What can be returned?

  • Unworn and unwashed socks in original condition and packaging.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

What can’t be returned?

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items for hygiene reasons.
  • Final sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
  • Return postage is not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

If you need a different style or size, return your item and place a new order using your store credit.

How to return:

  1. Email us at hello@lusterandwave.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and mailing details.
  3. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or credit within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
